Shipping services of Lost and found belongings from Japan

As an international shipping and moving specialist serving the international community in Japan over 29 years we also offer the services of shipping lost and found belongings from Japan to overseas for tourists who had forgotten /left behind their personal goods in Japan.

In fact, with a steady and rapid growing number of international tourists to Japan, there are many cases of lost and found or forgotten personal items. We can ship lost and found /forgotten items to overseas destination.

If you already know where your items are (for example, hotel, train station, transportation company, lost and found office at the airport or police station), we can contact them and see if they can send it to us by C.O.D. or our representative should physically go there if it is in Tokyo or nearby area. Some organizations send lost and found items to a specific location in Japan by C.O.D using the services of some domestic courier company if they are located far from Tokyo area. If someone physically needs to go there, we can arrange it although this depends on where they are located and also our staff's availability.

In some cases, a letter of authorization is required for us to act on your behalf and they may ask you to send one to them directly. When shipping internationally, packing in cardboard boxes is necessary with the exception of some small items what can be put in an envelope with some cushioning materials.

In some cases we may need to arrange further packing if the item is, for example, some sort of a bag or suitcases.
